Concrete Field Guide provides free calculators for concrete, floor area, roofing and gravel. Each tool shows its inputs, calculation assumptions and reference examples so you can review an estimate before ordering.

How estimates work

Measurements are processed in your browser. Concrete uses geometric volume and stated bag yields. Gravel uses editable density in US short tons per cubic yard. Roof area uses the pitch multiplier for the specified horizontal footprint.

Accuracy and scope

We distinguish net material volume from an allowance for waste. A calculator cannot inspect your site or determine structural requirements. Use supplier product data and your project specification when deciding what to purchase.
